摘要
主要介绍了ISO 15875-2:2004和GB/T 18992. 2—2003中关于交联聚乙烯(PE-X)管材应用选型的不同以及管材壁厚的计算值差别,ISO 15875-2:2004及其附件Amendment 1:2007中明确了管材整体壁厚包含阻氧层厚度,静液压测试时仅需计算PE-X基管壁厚,而GB/T 18992. 2—2003中未明确此原则。由于其选型以及壁厚差别,会导致出现某些产品规格符合ISO 15875-2:2004,却可能不符合GB/T 18992. 2—2003的问题。
The product selection and the calculation values of the pipe wall thickness of crosslinked polyethylene(PE-X)pipes from ISO 15875-2:2004 and GB/T 18992.2-2003 was introduced.In the standard of ISO 15875-2:2004 and its amendment 1:2007 specified that the whole wall thickness included the oxygen barrier layer,and in the hydrostatic test just needed to calculate the thickness of the base pipe,however the GB/T 18992.2-2003 could not confirm this.Due to the selection of different thickness for the hydrostatic test,some types of PE-X pipes satisfy with the ISO 15875-2:2004,but could not satisfy with GB/T 18992.2-2003.
