摘要
玫瑰痤疮是一种常见的面部慢性炎症型皮肤病,其临床特征包含红斑、丘疹、毛细血管扩张、水肿、脓疱等症状,该病发病率高,致病机理复杂。目前已有大量研究证实在机体先天免疫系统和神经系统的功能紊乱及其相互作用参与了玫瑰痤疮的发生发展。本文就参与玫瑰痤疮发病的免疫细胞、神经纤维伤害感受器、离子通道等对玫瑰痤疮的病理生理进程影响的相关研究进行综述。
Rosacea is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease in the face.Its clinical features include erythema papules telangiectasia edema pustule and so on.The incidence of rosacea is high and the pathogenesis ofacnerosacea is complicated.At present,a large number of studies have confirmed that the dysfunction and interaction of innate immune system and nervous system are involved in the occurrence and development of rosacea.The effects of immune cells,nerve fiber injury receptors and ion channels on the pathophysiological process of rosacea were reviewed in this paper.
