摘要
目的探讨联合疗法在不明原因复发性流产中治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月～2018年2月来自广元市中医医院60例不明原因的复发性流产患者设为观察组,采用药物联合情绪管理疗法治疗,将文献中采用相同疗法的63例设为文献观察组,采用通用治疗方案64例设为文献对照组,比较其发生副反应发生率及妊娠成功率。结果观察组妊娠成功54例,妊娠成功率为90.00%(54/60),高于文献对照组的76.56%(49/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组副反应发生率为6.67%(4/60),其中1例出现红疹,3例出现红肿硬结等不良反应,低于文献对照组的15.62%(10/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠成功率及副反应发生率分别与文献观察组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合疗法治疗不明原因习惯性流产方法可靠,疗效肯定,且不增加副反应,值得借鉴应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy in the treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods From March 2016 to February 2018,60 patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion from Guangyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were enrolled in the observation group.The drug was combined with emotional management therapy.63 cases of the same therapy in the literature were used as the literature.In the observation group,64 cases of the general-purpose treatment plan were used as the literature control group,and the incidence of side effects and pregnancy success rate were compared.Results In the observation group,54 cases were successful in pregnancy,the success rate of pregnancy was 90.00%(54/60),which was higher than that of the literature control group 76.56%(49/64),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the side group occurred in the observation group.The rate was 6.67%(4/60),including 1 case of rash and 3 cases of redness and induration,which was lower than the literature control group of 15.62%(10/64),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate and incidence of side effects in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the literature observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy for the treatment of unexplained habitual abortion is reliable and effective,and does not increase side effects.It is worthy of reference.
