摘要
由索拉公司生产的TITAN130燃气轮机具有运行稳定、故障率低、自动化程度高等特点,被海上采油平台、发电厂及矿山企业广泛应用。笔者从TITAN130油气双燃料机组燃料气流程控制机理出发,针对燃料气P1压差高故障停机问题进行系统分析,提出六种解决方法。应用这些方法不仅保证了采油平台电力系统稳定运行,提高了设备完好率,而且降低了柴油耗量,节省柴油约960m^3/a。
In order to analyze and solve the problem of the high shutdown of the TITAN130 dualfuel gas turbine fuel gas P1 produced by Solar,In this paper,the main fuel flow valve of M701 unit with high differential pressure,fault monitoring method and analysis of combustion ratio and failure of gas turbine starting process are reviewed.For the main generator of the offshore oil recovery platform,the TITAN 130 gas turbine produced by Solar Co.,Ltd.has the characteristics of stable operation,low failure rate,and High degree of automation,and is widely used by offshore oil recovery platforms,power plants,and mining enterprises.Based on the fuel gas flow control mechanism of TITAN130 oil and gas dual-fuel unit,the author aims at the high pressure difference of fuel gas P1.A total of six methods,such as the failure of the pressure transmitter,the failure of the instrument solenoid valve controlling the primary or secondary closure valve,the failure of the primary or secondary closure valve body,the control of the instrument gas containing water or impurities,the control of the low pressure of the instrument gas path,and the problem of the software system,were proposed.The failure of the gas turbine was handled in a timely manner.It can ensure the stable operation of power system of oil recovery platform and improve the equipment integrity rate.
