摘要
水利工程作为重要的民生设施,为我国经济、社会的快速发展做出了巨大贡献.小型水库作为水利工程体系的重要组成部分,不仅能够减弱自然灾害的影响,还能对区域水资源的开发利用提供帮助。小型水库的利用与管理主要是为了最大限度发挥其效用,从当前的情况来看,小型水库在利用与管理过程中仍然存在一定的挑战,若不能及时解决相关问题,将会影响其效用的发挥。论文对小型水库的利用与管理关键思路进行分析,明确了小型水库利用与管理过程中存在的困难,并提出提升小型水库利用与管理工作水平的主要策略。
As an important livelihood facility,water conservancy projects have make great contributions to the rapid development of economic and social in our country.As an important part of water conservancy engineering system,small reservoirs can not only reduce the impact of natural disasters,but also provide help for the development and utilization of regional water resources.The use and management of small reservoirs is mainly in order to maximize their effectiveness.From the current situation,there are still some challenges in the use and management of small reservoirs,if the relevant problems can not be solved in time,it is bound to affect the effectiveness of small reservoirs.This paper analyzes the key ideas of the utilization and management of small reservoirs,clarifies the difficulties in the utilization and management of small reservoirs,and puts forward the main strategies to improve the utilization and management of small reservoirs.
