用12Cr18Ni9替代1Cr18Ni9Ti制造某型轴承保持架的可行性分析

摘要 由于新的不锈钢材料国标中删除了1Cr18Ni9Ti,研究用12Cr18Ni9替代1Cr18Ni9Ti制造某特殊用途轴承冲压保持架的可行性,并对其化学成分、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能及加工性能进行分析。结果表明:在该轴承使用工况下,2种材料的性能相当,经主机考核证明,用12Cr18Ni9替代1Cr18Ni9Ti是完全可行的。 Because 1 Cr18 Ni9 Ti is deleted in updated national standard for stainless steel materials,the feasibility is analyzed for replacing 12 Cr18 Ni9 with 1 Cr18 Ni9 Ti to manufacture pressed cages of special propose bearings. The chemical components,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance properties and process abilities are analyzed. The results show that the properties of two kinds of materials are similar under operating condition of bearings. 1 Cr18 Ni9 Ti replaced with 12 Cr18 Ni9 is completely feasible through host verification.
