EH47钢连铸坯热芯大压下轧制应变诱导析出行为 被引量:1

Strain-induced precipitation behavior of EH47 steel continuous casting slab during hot-core heavy reduction rolling

摘要 研究了EH47微合金钢连铸坯经传统轧制和热芯大压下轧制后室温下的组织和析出相形貌,并采用MMS-200热模拟双道次压缩实验研究了其经热芯大压下轧制后的第二相粒子应变诱导析出行为。结果表明:热芯大压下轧制后EH47微合金钢连铸坯的芯部铁素体尺寸较传统轧制的芯部铁素体尺寸明显减小;热模拟双道次压缩实验表明,热芯大压下轧制后,EH47微合金钢的应变诱导析出第二相粒子在位错、晶界、亚晶界上沉淀析出,在一定程度上起到钉扎晶界并阻碍再结晶晶粒长大的作用。 Microstructure and precipitated phase morphology of EH47 microalloyed steel continuous casting slab after conventional rolling and hot-core heavy reduction rolling at room temperature were studied, and strain-induced precipitation behavior of second phase particle of the EH47 microalloyed steel continuous casting slab after hot-core heavy reduction rolling was studied by MMS-200 thermal simulation two-stage interrupted compression experiment. The results show that the ferrite size in the center of the EH47 microalloyed steel continuous casting slab after hot-core heavy reduction rolling is obviously smaller than that of after conventional rolling. The results of two-stage interrupted compression test show that the second phase particles of strain-induced precipitation of the EH47 microalloyed steel continuous casting slab precipitate at dislocation, grain boundary and sub-grain boundary after hot-core heavy reduction rolling, which can pinning the grain boundary and hindering the recrystallization grain growth.
