职业教育“课程思政”教学改革的路径探究 被引量:44

摘要 "课程思政"是一种构建全员、全程、全课程育人格局的"大思政"观。本文依据个体与国家、个体与职业、个体与自我的关系将职业教育课程思政的主要内容主要从政治性、职业性、人文性三点来解读。目前,职业教育课程思政的教学改革的过程中的现状主要表现为教学内容缺乏针对性、深入性、时代性,教学主体具有特殊性、协同管理机制缺乏合理性。想要更好的建设职业教育"课程思政"需要加大对教育资源的二次开发,灵活运用课内课外、线上线下教学途径,完善"课程思政"教学改革的协同管理机制,使得职业教育课程思政的建设落细落实。 "Curriculum and political"is a kind of"great ideological and political"concept of constructing the pattern of full staff,whole course and whole curriculum education.Based on the relationship between the individual and society,the individual and occupation,and the individual and the self,this paper interprets the ideological and political content of vocational education curriculum from three aspects:politics,occupation and humanity.In the process of ideological and political teaching reform of vocational education curriculum,the current situation is mainly manifested as the lack of pertinence,depth and times of teaching content,the particularity of teaching subject and the lack of rationality of teaching supervision system and mechanism.In order to better construct the"curriculum ideological and political"of vocational education,it is necessary to increase the secondary development of educational resources,flexibly use the in-class and after-class,online and offline teaching approaches,and improve the collaborative management mechanism of the teaching reform of"curriculum ideological and political",so that the construction of curriculum ideological and political of vocational education can be implemented in detail.
