摘要
某航天测控系统中Ka下行链路对频率综合器的各项性能指标提出了很高的要求。在设计中,采用对参考频率、L频段本振、S频段频综和Ku频段频综分别设计的方案,综合考虑多种因素,充分利用锁相环、DDS、窄带VCO和正交混频等技术的优势,最终实现了对频率的精确控制、精密步进和良好的相噪特性。
The frequency synthesizer for the data processing of Ka-band downlink in a TT&C system must have good performance. This paper separately designs the reference frequency signal, L-band LO, and S-band and Ku-band frequency synthesizers, and takes full advantage of the techniques such as phase-locked loop, DDS, narrowband VCO and orthogonal frequency-mixing. As a result, precise control of frequency, precision stepping and good phase noise characteristic are realized.
