摘要
本文的目的是研究太子参须颗粒剂(PseudostellariaHeterophyllaFibrousRoot Granules,PHFRG)在主要药效学剂量或之上时对实验动物神经系统、呼吸系统和心血管系统有无不良的影响,考察其安全药理学的情况。采用观察自发活动次数、爬杆试验、与镇静药物的协同作用的方法观察PHFRG对小鼠神经系统的影响;通过测定呼吸幅度、呼吸频率、动脉收缩压、动脉舒张压、动脉平均压、心电图、心率以观察PHFRG对家兔呼吸系统及心血管系统的影响。结果显示,小鼠神经系统试验中,各试验组与空白组比较均无显著性差异;家兔试验中,各给药组与空白组比较均无显著性差异。PHFRG对实验动物三大重要系统无不良影响。
The purpose of this paper was to study whether the Pseudostellaria Heterophylla Fibrous Root Granules. PHFRG had adverse effects on the nervous system, respiratory system and cardiovascular system of the experimental animals at or above the main pharmacodynamic dose, and the safety pharmacology of the experimental animals was examined. By observing the number of spontaneous activities, the climbing bar test was carried out. The effects of PHFRG on the nervous system of mice were observed by the method of synergistic action with sedative drugs. The effects of PHFRG on respiratory system and cardiovascular system in rabbits were observed by measuring respiratory amplitude, respiratory rate, arterial systolic pressure, arterial diastolic pressure, mean arterial pressure, electrocardiogram and heart rate. The results showed that there was no significant difference between each experimental group and the blank group in the nervous system test of mice, and there was no significant difference between each administration group and the blank group in the rabbit experiment. PHFRG had no adverse effect on the three important systems of the experimental animals.
