摘要
航天典型通类零件应用广泛,具有结构复杂、精度要求高和加工效率低等特点。以三通零件为研究对象,通过分析其结构特点,制定了完整的加工工艺,建立了MBD制造模型信息的表达公式。利用表达式功能实现了通类零件参数化建模和建立了工序模型,通过修改变量可以完成通类零件的快速设计。在UG数控加工仿真模块中根据建立的工序模型生成了通类零件的数控加工程序,最后通过切削加工验证了程序的有效性。为新型通类零件的快速设计和数控加工提供了技术参考。
The typical channel parts widely used in the aerospace are characteristic of complex structure,high precision requirements and low processing efficiency.This paper takes the three channel parts as the research object,formulates the processing technology of the channel parts after analyzing the structural characteristics,and establishes the expression formula of the MBD manufacturing model information,and then,uses the creating expressions to do the parametric modeling of three dimension of channel part and builds the reasonable process model.By modifying the variables,the rapid design of the channel parts can be completed.With the UG numerical control machining simulation module,the channel numerical control machining program is generated according to the process model and its availability is verified through the cutting processing.The technical reference is provided for the enginneering design and numerical control processing of the channel parts.
