摘要
目的分析左甲状腺素片联合硒酵母片治疗甲减患者的临床疗效与安全性及对患者促甲状腺素(TSH)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平的影响。方法将2017年4月至2018年4月因甲状腺功能减退进行治疗的83例患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行随机分组对比研究。其中对照组单纯使用左甲状腺素片治疗;观察组在上述基础上加用硒酵母片行联合治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不良症状发生情况的差异;并分析治疗前后患者TSH、TC、TG等指标水平变化情况。结果观察组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组甲状腺功能指标水平均显著降低,观察组改善程度较对照组更加明显(P<0.05);2组LDL-C、TC、TG等指标水平在治疗后显著降低,且观察组降低程度高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床针对甲状腺功能减退症患者采用左甲状腺素片联合硒酵母片进行治疗具有显著疗效,在提高患者各项甲状腺指标水平的同时,还对其血脂水平有较好的改善作用,整个联合用药方案安全性较高,治疗后无严重不良反应,有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of levothyroxine tablets combined with selenium yeast tablets in treatment of hypothyroidism and its effects on the levels of TSH, TC and TG of patients. Methods Eighty-three patients with hypothyroidism who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study. All the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in control group were treated by levothyroxine tablets,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by selenium yeast tablets. The clinical curative effects and incidence of adverse reactons was well as the levels of TSH, TC, TG were observed and compared between the two grousp. Results The curative effects in observation group were superior to those in control group ( P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of thyroid function were significantly decreased in both groups, and the improvement degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group ( P <0.05).After treatment the levels of LDL-C, TC, TG were significantly decreased, and the decrease degree in observation group was more significant than that in control group ( P <0.05).In addition there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion The levothyroxine tablets combined with selenium yeast tablets in treatment of hypothyroidism can obtain obvious theraeputtic effects,which can not only improve the levels of various thyroid indexes,but also can improve patient’s blood lipid levels,with good safety,without serious adverse reactions,therfor, which has important clinical application value.
