摘要 随着海洋油气开发逐步向深水方向发展,深水油气田海底管道预调试技术显得尤为重要,它包括充水、清管、试压、排水、干燥、惰化等管道工艺。通过查阅相关文献资料,总结了深水海底管道预调试工艺技术的发展现状。基于传统的浅水海底管道预调试工艺,考虑深水环境的特殊性,提出了更适合深水环境的预调试工艺方案,为深水油气田水下生产系统海底管道预调试工艺提供技术支持。 With the transition of offshore oil and gas exploitation to deepwater areas, it is particularly important to develop precommissioning technology for deepwater submarine pipelines, which consists of flooding, pigging, hydraulic test, dewatering, drying and inerting processes. By searching for related literature, this paper summarizes the development status of the pre-commissioning technology of deepwater submarine pipelines. Based on the traditional pre-commissioning technology of shallow-water submarine pipelines, considering the particularity of deepwater environment, a pre-commissioning process plan that is more suitable for deepwater environment is proposed, which provides technical support for the pre-commissioning process of submarine pipelines in deepwater oil and gas field underwater production system.
