摘要
研究了氧化诱导时间对高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)在100℃人工热氧老化条件下老化特性的影响,比较分析了不同老化时间其主要力学性能如拉伸强度、冲击强度和断裂伸长率的变化差异,考察了不同氧化诱导时间的PE-HD热氧老化过程中结晶度和氧化诱导时间的变化差异。结果表明,热氧老化初期,PE-HD分子链以交联为主,后期分子链以降解为主;在100℃热氧老化环境条件下,随着热氧老化时间的延长,PE-HD的氧化诱导时间越长,耐热氧老化性能越好,氧化诱导时间可作为PE-HD氧化稳定水平的相对量度。
The effect of oxidation induction time on the aging characteristics of high-density polyethylene(PE-HD) induced by artificial thermo-oxidation aging at 100 ℃ was studied in this work. Furthermore, we compared and analyzed the variation of mechanical properties including tensile strength, impact strength and elongation at break at different aging time, and also investigated the variation of crystallinity and oxidation induction time of PE-HD in different periods of induction during artificial thermo-oxidation aging. The results indicated the crosslinking between molecule chains played a key role in the initial stage of thermo-oxidation aging, but the chain breaking and degradation were predominant in the latter stage. The longer oxidative induction time for PE-HD led to better resistance to thermo-oxidation aging during the thermo-oxidation aging process at 100 ℃.Oxidation induction time can be adoptedas a relative indicator for the evaluation of PE-HD oxidation stability.
