摘要
混合现实技术(mixed reality,MR)作为虚拟-现实领域的新技术,结合了虚拟现实技术和增强现实技术的优势,开启了虚拟-现实领域的新时代。MR技术应用的范围极其广泛,在文化、教育、艺术、军事、娱乐等多个领域均可看到MR技术的创新性研究,并因其巨大的应用前景而受到医学界各个领域越来越广泛的重视。本文归纳了MR技术的基本概念、技术原理和技术特点,并重点介绍了MR导航技术应用于口腔种植领域的使用流程,配准原理及关键操作的主要技术要点。通过总结国内外MR技术在临床医学中的实际应用以及探索其潜在优势的代表性研究,阐述了该技术比拟虚拟现实技术和增强现实技术的先进性。分析了MR技术应用于口腔种植领域所需要的技术路径以及带来的开拓性的临床效果,为口腔种植领域研究打开新的思路。
As a new technology in the virtual-reality field, mixed reality (MR) combines the advantages of virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology, and starts a new era in the virtual-reality field. MR technology has been applied in a wide range of fields, such as culture, education, art, military, entertainment and so on. Innovative research on MR technology has been paid more and more attention to by various fields of medicine due to its huge application prospect. This paper summarizes the basic concept, technical principle and technical characteristics of MR technology, and mainly introduces the application process, registration principle and key technical points of MR navigation technology in the field of oral implantation. By summarizing the practical application of MR technology in clinical medicine at home and abroad and representative studies exploring its potential advantages, this paper expounds the advancement of this technology compared with AR and VR technologies. This paper analyzes the technical path required by MR technology in the field of oral implantation and the pioneering clinical effect brought by it, so as to open up new ideas for the research in the field of oral implantation.
