摘要
水中栈桥是涉水大跨度桥梁施工的重要大临工程,栈桥设计必须满足桥梁主体工程施工需要。深水坚硬裸岩河床栈桥施工中,无法采用传统“钓鱼法”插打钢管桩,栈桥钢支墩“生根”锚固是栈桥施工的关键,钢支墩结构设计及施工技术是保证栈桥结构安全的重点本文介绍在闽江特大桥坚硬裸露岩石河床条件下,经方案比选采用简易栈桥方案。栈桥钢支墩采用“井”字形结构,单桩锚固,主梁采用贝雷梁结构栈桥锚固桩采用浮平台配全液压冲击反循环钻机成孔、气举法出渣清孔、导管法灌注锚固桩混凝土。重点介绍栈桥的优化设计、施工工艺及施工安全与质量控制要点一栈桥设计合理、安全可靠、施工方便、效果良好,对类似工程施工有借鉴意义。
The trestle in the water is an important temporary project for constructing a large span bridge. The trestle design must meet the construction needs of the main body of the bridge. In the construction of trestle with deep water and hard bare rock riverbed, it is impossible to use the traditional "fishing method" to insert steel pipe piles. The "rooting" anchorage of the steel pier of the trestle is the key to the construction of the trestle. The design and construction technology of the steel pier stnicture are the key points to ensure the safety of the trestle structure. In the paper, the author introduced the simple trestle scheme for hard bare rock riverbed trestle in deep water of Minjiang River Bridge. The "#"shape structure was used for the steel pier of trestle, the steel pier was anchored by a single pile, and the main beam was const meted by Bailey beam. The anchor pile of the trestle was equipped with a floating platform and a full hydraulic impact reverse cycle drill to form a hole, and with air lifting method to remove slags and clear holes. In addition, the anchor pile concrete was poured with tremie method. The optimization design, constniction technology as well as safety and quality control points of the trestle were emphatically introduced. The trestle* design was reasonable, safe and reliable, and the effect was good. It could be used as a reference for similar engineering construction.
