摘要
铁路旅客站房为实现大跨空间,其下部常采用钢筋混凝土框架而屋面采用钢结构,形成上柔下刚的结构体系。本文针对某铁路站房大跨屋盖钢结构进行有限元分析,详细介绍了钢屋盖结构体系并阐明了结构设计思路”该屋盖采用正交正放管桁架结构体系,杆件采用圆钢管,节点采用相贯节点。采用MIDASGen软件对屋盖单体进行有限元分析且满足相关规范要求后,再与结构总装模型分析计算结果进行对比,最终设计结果为采用两者包络设计的方法,进一步验证了结构的安全合理性并提出了总装模型分析的必要性,可为今后类似工程设计提供参考。
In order to realize the large span space, the reinforced concrete frame usually is adopted to the lower part of railway station building but the steel structure to the roof, so as to form the structure system with upper flexibility and lower rigidity. According to the finite element analysis of the large-span roof steel structure of a railway station building, the author introduced the roof structure system and the structure design concept. An orthogonal pipe truss structure system was used for the roof, and circular steel pipes were used for the roof structure members with intersecting joints. MIDAS Gen software was used to conduct finite element analysis of roof monomer to meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and then the results were compared with the calculation results of the general assembly model of the structure. The bi-enveloping design method was adopted as the final design results, it verified the safety and rationality of the structure, and put forward the necessity to analyze the final assembly model, which could provide reference for design of similar projects in the future.
