白细胞介素在胆道闭锁中的研究进展

摘要 白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)是由多种细胞产生并作用于多种细胞的一类细胞因子,在传递信息,激活与调节免疫细胞,介导T细胞和B细胞活化、增殖与分化及炎症反应中起重要作用。近年来许多研究表明,多种IL在胆道闭锁的免疫学病因机制方面起着重要作用,这使其为胆道闭锁的诊断和治疗带来了新的希望和思路。本文就IL各家族在胆道闭锁中的研究进展作一综述。 Interleukin (IL) is a kind of cytokine produced by multiple types of cells and acting on various cells.It plays an important role in transmitting information, activating and regulating immune cells, mediating the activation, proliferation and differentiation of T cells and B cells and inflammatory reactions.As demonstrated by many recent studies, a variety of ILs have an important impact on the initiation and development of biliary atresia (BA) so that it brings new hopes and thoughts for diagnosing and treating BA.Therefore this review highlights the latest findings of ILs on BA.
