摘要 介绍了钻机液压系统的生产背景,针对其常见的油液污染、齿轮泵流与天轮油缸不符的问题,分析了液压系统改进的目标,并以此为依据提出了对钻机液压系统的改进方案。改进方案的应用效果表明:改进后的钻机工作效率得到了提升,减少了不必要的能源损耗,带来了可观的经济收益,具有极大的推广价值。 This paper introduces the production background of hydraulic system of drilling rig, analyzes the improvement target of hydraulic system, aiming at the common oil pollution, the problem that the gear pump flow does not match with the cylinder of the wheel, and analyzes the improvement target of the hydraulic system. On the basis of this, the improvement scheme of hydraulic system of drilling rig is put forward. The application effect of the improved scheme shows that the working efficiency of the improved drilling rig has been improved, unnecessary energy con sumption has been reduced, considerable economic benefits have been brought, and it is of great value for popularization.
