面粉厂智能报警控制系统设计

摘要 针对面粉厂内粉尘引起的工作效率降低、尘肺甚至粉尘爆炸等危害,基于现有智能工业基础,设计一种基于物联网的面粉厂智能报警控制系统。系统采用ZigBee技术,以STM32为核心,对面粉厂内粉尘浓度、室内温度、湿度、风速等进行监测,通过监测结果对厂内设备进行控制。实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定、数据传输可靠、报警控制及时,能够满足面粉厂对实时环境监测和控制的要求。 Aiming at the hazards such as low efficiency,pneumoconiosis and even dust explosion caused by dust in flour mill,an intel. ligent alarm control system based on Internet of Things is designed on the basis of existing intelligent industry. The system uses ZigBee technology,with STMS32 as the core,to monitor the dust concentration,indoor temperature,humidity,wind speed in flour mill,and to control the equipment in the factory through the monitoring results. The experimental results show that the system is stable in opera. tion,reliable in data transmission,timely in alarm and control,and can meet the requirements of real-time environmental monitoring and control in flour mills.
