摘要
传统模拟训练评估模型多数是基于评估指标体系,以最大化评估准确度为目的进行构建,而实际上除了准确获得模拟训练的评估结果,通过评估给训练人员提供有针对性的建议是模拟训练评估另一重要方面。因此,提出了一种基于Petri网的模拟训练评估模型,采用极简的评估指标体系,利用分层的加权求和方法评估模拟训练的情况。所提模型和算法在保证评估结果准确性的基础上,其计算复杂度较低,而且能够给出训练出错的具体原因,为提高后续模拟训练成效提供有力的参考。
Most of the traditional simulated training evaluation models are based on the evaluation index system and are constructed for the purpose of maximizing the accuracy of the evaluation. In fact, in addition to accurately obtaining the evaluation results of the simulated training, the providing of targeted training to the trainers through evaluation is another important aspect. Therefore, a simulated training evaluation model based on Petri networks is proposed, which evaluates simulated training by adopting minimalist evaluation index system and with hierarchical weighted summation method. On the basis of ensuring the accuracy of the evaluation results, both the proposed model and algorithm have lower computational complexity and can give specific reasons for training errors, thus providing a powerful reference for improving the effectiveness of subsequent simulated training.
