摘要
基于双Y结构设计了一种X波段超薄宽带小型化环形器。环行器的频带为7~14 GHz,在实现全频带、高隔离度、低损耗、高传输的基础上,保证了厚度小于2 mm的超薄结构。其中以相对介电常数为13和电损耗角正切为0.000 1的陶瓷材料做为基片,运用了四种阻抗匹配方法,分别是双Y匹配、结外匹配、圆弧匹配、中心结切角匹配。最终实现了插入损耗大于-0.32 dB,回波损耗和隔离系数小于-15 dB的性能指标。
Based on double Y structure, an X-band ultra-thin broadband miniaturized circulator device is designed. The frequency band of circulator is 7~14 GHz. On the basis of realizing full frequency band, high isolation, low loss and high transmission, the ultra-thin structure with only 2 mm thickness is realized. Among them, a ceramic material with a relative dielectric constant of 13 and an electrical loss tangent of 0.000 1 is used as a substrate, and four impedance matching methods are used, involving double Y matching, outof- match matching, arc matching, and center-cutting angle matching. Finally, the performance indexes of insertion loss greater than -0.32 dB, echo loss and isolation coefficient less than -15dB are achieved.
