摘要
网络化创新提升路径与传导要素的揭示成为产学研网络创新主体亟待解决的机制问题。通过构建网络、团队、教师跨层分析范式,并对213份问卷研究发现:产学研网络异质性对工程教育团队创新绩效及教师能力均具有非线性影响;教师能力在积极影响工程教育团队创新绩效的同时,在产学研网络异质性与团队创新绩效间具有部分中介作用。研究结论将有助于揭示网络资源的跨层价值化路径,并为产学研网络治理与工程教育团队建设提供理论指导。
The upgrading of network innovation and the revealing of transmission factors have become the urgent mechanism for the innovation subject of Industry-Academia-Research Network. By constructing cross layer analysis paradigm of network, team and teachers, The empirical findings of 213 questionnaires were found: the heterogeneity of Industry-Academia-Research Network has a nonlinear effect on the innovation performance of engineering education team and teachers' ability. Teachers' ability has a positive impact on the innovation performance of engineering education team, while it plays a part of intermediary role in the heterogeneity of Industry-Academia-Research Network and team innovation performance. The conclusion of the study will help to reveal the cross layer value path of network resources. It also provides theoretical guidance for network governance and engineering education team building.
