摘要
建筑设计及施工管理的BIM技术应用范围较广,相关的技术内容较为完善,涉及建筑工程设计及管理等方面,是现代建筑工程设计及施工管理的重要组成。根据建筑设计及施工管理特点,分析设定BIM技术应用条件及应用,制定有效的技术分析管理方案,以此为建筑设计及施工管理的BIM技术应用提供参考。
BIM technology in architectural design and construction management has a wide range of application with relatively perfect relevant technical contents, involving architectural engineering design and management, etc., which is an important component of modern architectural engineering design and construction management. According to the characteristics of architectural design and construction management, this paper analyzes the application conditions and applications of BIM technology and works out effective technical schemes of analysis and management, hoping to provide references for the application of BIM technology in architectural design and construction management.
