摘要
利用基质栽培水肥一体化技术,设计不同镁素营养供给水平(0、0.5、1、2 mmol/L),研究镁对无限生长型番茄镁吸收利用及果实品质与产量的影响。结果表明:缺镁和低镁处理,蕃茄菌植株镁含量分布为下位叶>上位叶>中位叶;正常和高镁处理,下位叶>中位叶>上位叶,缺镁会促进镁素向上移动;缺镁显著降低果实的产量和品质,高镁处理果实的产量和品质则略有下降;植株生长后期受到高温胁迫,诱导植株镁钙缺乏症状出现,严重影响番茄的产量和品质。
The effects of magnesium on calcium uptake and utilization,fruit quality and yield of infinite growth tomato were studied by using the integrated technology of water and fertilizer in substrate cultivation and designing different levels of magnesium nutrition supply(0,0.5,1,2 mmol/L).The results showed that Mg content in different parts of leaves under Mg deficiency and low Mg treatment was lower leaf>upper leaf>middle leaf,and lower leaf>middle leaf>upper leaf under normal and high Mg treatment.Mg deficiency promoted the upward movement of Mg.Magnesium deficiency significantly reduced the yield and quality of fruits,while the yield and quality of fruits treated with high magnesium decreased slightly.High temperature stress induced magnesium and calcium deficiency symptoms in late growth stage of tomato,which seriously affected the yield and quality of tomato.
