摘要
目的分析无创呼吸机对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征防治的效果和安全性。方法对本院2017年3月至2018年5月诊治新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征126例患儿临床资料加以分析,按照不同医治方案分成两组,将63例行机械通气医治患儿设为对照组,将63例行无创呼吸机医治患儿设为观察组,对两组效果、安全性进行比对、分析。结果观察组氧疗时间、用机时间和住院时间(70.35±22.10)h、(50.21±16.08)h和(13.20±7.06)d均比对照组短,且血氧饱和度、动脉血二氧化碳分压和动脉血氧分压(95.83±5.68)%、(30.41±3.20)mmHg和(88.68±8.51)mmHg均比对照组优(P<0.05);观察组总并发症率3.17%比对照组22.22%低(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征防治的效果佳,可缩短相关时间,改善患儿血气指标,且具较高安全性,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of non-invasive ventilator in the prevention and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods In our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018, the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome clinical data analysis of 126 cases, divided into two groups according to different treatment scheme, the 63 routine mechanical ventilation treatment were set as control group, the 63 children of routine noninvasive ventilator to heal as observation group, to compare the effect of two groups, and analysis.Results The duration of oxygen therapy, machine use and hospital stay(70.35±22.10) h,(50.21±16.08) h and(13.20±7.06) d in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the blood oxygen saturation, arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(95.83±5.68)%,(30.41±3.20) mm Hg and(88.68±8.51) mmHg were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was 3.17% lower than that of the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Noninvasive ventilator has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, can shorten the relevant time, improve the blood gas index of the children, and has a high safety, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
