摘要 随着我国社会经济水平的不断提高,越来越多的人们开始追求健康绿色的食物,而食用菌凭借着天然、无污染、营养价值丰富等特点,受到了越来越多人们的喜爱。但是现阶段食用菌产业存在着资金投入力度小、产品深加工技术薄弱等问题,从而导致了食用菌产业发展速度缓慢。因此,加大资金投入力度、培养食用菌龙头企业、推动加工技术升级等是十分有必要的。 With the continuous improvement of Chinese social and economic level, more and more people begin to pursue healthy and green food. Edible fungi are loved by more and more people because of their natural, pollution-free and rich nutrition value. However, at this stage, the edible fungus industry has some problems, such as small capital investment and weak deep processing technology, which has led to the slow development of the edible fungus industry. Therefore, it is very necessary to increase capital investment, cultivate leading edible fungus enterprises, and promote the upgrading of processing technology.
