摘要
目的:了解居民的中药煎煮知识以及对中药代煎的需求,分析并提出改善居民中药煎煮知识匮乏的对策和建议。方法:设计调查问卷,随机抽取永州市城区26个社区的1 268名居民进行现场问卷调查,收回有效问卷1 225份。结果:社区居民中药煎煮知识主要来源于医务人员、家人、朋友或邻居。居民对中药煎煮的煎药器具、煎药用水量掌握情况较好,正确率分别为70.5%和75.3%;对浸泡时间、煎干处理和服药食忌了解的正确率分别为29.1%、22.8%和29.9%。1 225名调查对象中,40.6%的居民基本掌握中药煎煮知识。性别、服药频率不同的居民中药煎煮知识存在显著差异;年龄、学历不同者的煎煮知识差异不显著。77.9%的社区居民选择代煎;对于中药代煎,主要焦点集中在卫生状况、信誉口碑和服务态度三个方面。结论:社区居民的中药煎煮知识有待提高,应加强中药煎煮方法的指导和药学服务,完善并推广代煎服务,从而提高中药汤剂的临床疗效。
Objective:To understand the residents'decoction knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and demand of TCM for decoction,and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the deficiency of TCM decoction knowledge.Methods:A questionnaire was designed and 1225 valid questionnaires were collected from 1268 residents from 26 communities in Yongzhou City.Results:Community residents'knowledge of TCM decoction mainly came from medical staff and family,friends or neighbors.Residents have a better understanding of decoction apparatus and water consumption of TCM decoction.the correct rates are 70.5% and 75.3% respectively;For soaking time,fried dry treatment and food taboo in drug application,the correct answers were 29.1%,22.8% and 29.9% respectively,of the 1225 respondents,about 40.6% of the residents basically mastered the knowl edge of TCM frying.There were significant differences in the knowledge of decoction of TCM among the residents with differeni sex and frequency of taking medicine;the difference of the knowledge of decoction of TCM among the people with different age and educational backgrou nd was not sign ifica nt.77.9% of the community residents chose substitute frying,a nd the worry about substitute frying was mainly focused on three aspects of hygienic condition.Repuiation and service altitude.Conclusion:Community residenis'knowledge of TCM decoction needs to be improved.so it is necessary to strengthen the guidance and pharmaceutical care of TCM decoction method,perfect and popularize the substitute decoction service*so as to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM decoction.
