摘要
目的通过循环酶法分析新都地区1 050例中老年人群血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)的含量,建立参考范围。方法采用循环酶法对成都市新都区1 050例健康中老年(45岁)体检人员的血清HCY进行检测,而后将结果根据性别和年龄进行分组比较,确定参考范围。结果不同性别及不同年龄段受试者HCY参考范围差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),具体如下:45～49岁男性参考范围为24.80μmol/L,50～54岁男性参考范围为25.05μmol/L,55～59岁男性参考范围为25.78μmol/L,60～64岁男性参考范围为25.08μmol/L,65岁男性参考范围为27.43μmol/L,45～49岁女性参考范围为18.62μmol/L,50～54岁女性参考范围为18.47μmol/L,55～59岁女性参考范围为18.52μmol/L,60～64岁女性参考范围为18.79μmol/L,65岁女性参考范围为19.45μmol/L。结论成都市新都区中老年人群HCY的参考范围应根据不同性别和年龄段进行建立。
Objective To analyze the serum homocysteine (HCY) levels in 1 050 middle- aged and elderly patients in Xindu District by cyclic enzyme method, and to establish the reference range. Methods The serum homocysteine of 1 050 healthy middle-aged and old people(≥45 years old) in Xindu district of Chengdu was measured by cyclic enzyme method, and then the reference range was determined for different genders and age groups. Results The homocysteine reference ranges for different sex and age groups were statistically significantly different (P<0.05), as follows:≤24.80 μmol/L for males aged between 45 and 49 years,≤25.05 μmol/L for males aged between 50 and 54 years,≤ 25.78 μmol/L for males aged between 55 and 59 years,≤25.08 μmol/L for males aged between 60 and 64 years,≤27.43 μmol/L for males aged M65 years,≤18.62 μmol/L for females aged between 45 and 49 years,≤18.47 μmol/L for females aged beween 50 and 54 years,≤18.52 μmol/L for females aged between 55 and 59 years,≤18.79 μmol/L for females aged beween 60 and 64 years, and ≤19.45 μmol/L for females aged ≥65 years. Conclusion The reference ranges of HCY for elderly people in Xindu district of Chengdu should be established for different genders and age groups.
