摘要
目的探讨将联合委员会国际部标准为基础构建核心能力应用在手术室专业护士培训中的效果。方法选择在浙江中医药大学附属嘉兴中医院手术室和嘉兴学院附属浙江新安国际医院手术室工作的52名护理人员,将实施JCI标准前参加手术室专业护士培训的26名护士作为对照组,实施JCI标准后的26名护士作为观察组。对照组采用常规理论知识和操作技能培训,观察组在以JCI标准为基础构建核心能力指导下进行培训,比较两组护士核心能力、总体效果、迷你临床演练量表评分以及相关人员对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组的中文版注册护士核心能力量表评分各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护士的总体培训效果差异有统计学意义(P=0.020),其中,观察组的优良率显著高于对照组(P=0.032);迷你临床演练量表的各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术和麻醉医师、患者及其家属对护理工作满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以JCI标准为基础构建核心能力可显著增强参训护士的核心能力和培训效果,提高护理工作满意度,值得进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the core competencies in the training of professional nurses in the operating room based on the Joint commission international (JCI) standard. Methods 26 nurses in two hospitals of JiaXing city who participated in the training of operating room specialist nurse before the implementation of the JCI standard were included as a control group, and 26 nurses after the implementation of the JCI standard served as an experimental group. The control group used conventional theoretical knowledge and operation skills training. The experimental group conducted training under the guidance of the core competence based on the JCI standard. The core competence, overall effect, Mini-CEX scale score, and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups before and after the nurse training. Results Before training, there was no statistical difference in the CIRN scale scores and the total scores of between the two groups ( P >0.05);After training, the CIRN scales in each dimension and total scores of the two groups of nurses were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P <0.05). The score of the experimental group were significantly higher when compared with the control group ( P <0.05). The excellent rate of the experimental group and the control group were 84.62% and 57.69% respectively, the excellent rate of the experimental group was obviously higher ( P =0.032). The Mini-CEX scores after training in the experimental group were also obviously higher than the control group ( P <0.05). After the training, the satisfaction on the nursing work of surgeons, anesthesiologists, patients and their families were better than the control group( P <0.05). Conclusions The construction of core competence based on the JCI standard in the training of professional nurses in the operating room can significantly enhance the core competence of the participating nurses, improve the training effect and satisfaction of nursing work, and it is worth promoting.
