多学科团队护理模式在Stanford B型主动脉夹层住院患者中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨多学科团队(MDT)协作护理会诊模式在Standford B型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术中的应用效果。方法将50例Stanford B型主动脉夹层行腔内隔绝术的患者用随机数字表法分成2组,试验组采用多学科团队协作护理模式护理病人,对照组采用常规护理模式护理病人。结果试验组在住院期间健康教育掌握程度、患者满意度、医护人员满意度均高于对照组,并发症发生率、住院时间、住院天数均低于对照组,P<0.01具有统计学意义。结论利用多学科团队协作护理会诊模式可以降低住院天数、住院费用、提高患者患者满意度、提升医护人员自身水平、增进护患之间的情感交流与配合,使Stanford B型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术的手术成功率提高,有助于降低并发症,提高生存率、降低死亡率。 Objective To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary team (MDT) nursing consultation mode in endovascular isolation of Standford B aortic dissection. Methods 50 patients with Stanford B type aortic dissection were divided into two groups by random number table method. The experimental group adopted multi-disciplinary team nursing mode and the control group adopted routine nursing mode. Results The degree of mastery of health education, patient satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications, length of stay and length of stay were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions The multi-disciplinary team nursing consultation model can reduce the length of stay in hospital, increase the cost of hospitalization, improve patient satisfaction, enhance the level of medical staff, enhance the emotional communication and cooperation between nurses and patients, and improve the success rate of Stanford B aortic dissection endovascular isolation surgery, and help to reduce the complications. Disease, improve survival rate and reduce death rate.
