摘要
旅游文化资源是阿坝州具有优势的发展资源,乡村振兴战略的提出为其保护和开发带来了全新的机遇。文章分析了乡村振兴战略与民族地区旅游文化资源保护与开发的互动逻辑,总结了阿坝州旅游文化资源的基本概况及开发现状。在乡村振兴战略背景下,阿坝州旅游文化资源的保护与开发因面临管理政策、产业结构、文化生态环境以及文化人才等方面的问题和挑战,需要进一步完善政策措施,健全运行机制;调整文化产业结构,推进文化产品创新;树立科学指导思想;加强人才队伍建设。
Cultural tourism resources are Aba’s advantageous resources for development,the introduction of the rural revitalization strategy has brought new opportunities for its protection and development.This paper analyzes the interactive logic of rural revitalization strategy and the protection and development of cultural tourism resources in ethnic areas,and summarizes the basic situation and development status of cultural tourism resources in Aba Prefecture.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the protection and development of cultural tourism resources in Aba Prefecture face problems and challenges that management policies,industrial structure,the cultural ecological environment and cultural talent pose.It is necessary to further improve policy measures,improve operating mechanisms,restructure the cultural industry,promote innovation in cultural products,establish a scientific guiding ideology and take steps to enhance the quality of the personnel.
