摘要
某海上油田生产水处理系统管线腐蚀严重,采用超声波测厚仪对腐蚀管线的壁厚进行了检测,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等观察并分析了腐蚀产物形貌及化学成分。结果表明:管线结垢较为严重,二氧化碳、硫酸盐还原菌、溶解氧是造成生产水处理系统管线腐蚀的主要原因,生产水系统中的高含量氯离子加重了局部腐蚀。
The corrosion of pipelines in the production water treatment system of a certain offshore oilfield was serious.The wall thickness of the corrosion pipelines was detected by ultrasonic thickness gauge.The morphology and chemical composition of the corrosion products were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the pipeline fouling was rather serious.Carbon dioxide,sulfate reducing bacteria and dissolved oxygen were the main reasons for the corrosion of pipelines in the production water treatment system.The high content of chloride ions in the production water system increased the localized corrosion.
