摘要
从秦皇岛港现状出发,分析了秦皇岛港在京津冀一体化和秦皇岛城市发展中的地位和作用,找出秦皇岛港存在的货物配置不合理、港城协同程度低、竞争力低等问题,并提出了开拓国际业务、加强区域港口合作、优化港口及临港产业功能布局、加强港口与地方政府联系、提高国内外风险防控意识等秦皇岛港转型升级的发展战略,为推动新形势下秦皇岛港发展提供借鉴。
Based on the current situation of Qinhuangdao Port,this paper analyzes the status and role of Qinhuangdao Port in integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin municipalities and Hebei Province,and finds out unreasonable distribution and structure of goods,low coordination degree between port and city,and low competitiveness that existed in Qinhuangdao Port.According to the above,the development strategy of port transformation and upgrading is put forward,such as exploring international business,strengthening regional port cooperation,optimizing the functional layout of ports and port industries,strengthening port and local government ties,raising awareness of risk prevention,which provides a reference for promoting the development of Qinhuangdao Port under the new situation.
