油田采出水处理污泥浓缩脱水技术应用实例

摘要 随着国内几大主要油田先后进入生产的第二个阶段,即井区进行二次加密,原油含水由低含水率转为中含水率阶段。油田采出水处理工艺一方面由"混凝-沉降-过滤"流程逐步向深度处理方向发展,另一方面致力于"零排放"的技术研究,其中处理过程中产生大量的污泥逐步成为工艺研究的重点和难点。结合新疆油田普遍采用"重力-离心"浓缩技术,介绍其设计及运行特点。 With several major oilfields in China entering the second stage of production successively, the water cut of crude oil has changed from low water cut to medium water cut after secondary infilling in the well area. On the one hand,"coagulation-sedimentationfiltration" process is gradually developing towards advanced treatment, on the other hand, it is devoted to "zero discharge" technology research, in which a large number of sludge generated in the process of treatment has gradually become the focus and difficulty of process research. The design and operation characteristics of gravity centrifugal concentration technology are introduced in Xinjiang oilfield.
