提高邯钢高炉喷煤比的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 邯宝炼铁厂从喷煤系统和高炉系统两方面提高喷煤比。改造喷煤系统中的喷煤罐排气装置和稳压装置,调整放散操作和喷吹操作,保证将喷煤准确性控制在0.2 t/h以内,均匀性控制在5 t/h以内。改造高炉系统中的布料溜槽,投建4#热风炉,不断优化布料矩阵,提高富氧率和顶压,喷煤量达到50 t/h,喷煤比提高至150 kg/t左右。 Blast furnace coal ratio are improved from two aspects of fuel injection system and blast furnace system in Hanbao Iron Works. Air exhausting device and stable pressure device in the coal injection system are modified, unloading operation and spray operation are adjusted to ensure that the accuracy and uniformity of coal injection are controlled within 0.2 t/h and 5 t/h respectively. Fabric chute in the blast furnace system are improved and 4# stove is built, fabric matrix is optimized continually and the oxygen enrichment rate and top pressure are improved, coal injection quantity achieves 50 t/h and coal ratio is improved about 150 kg/t.
