摘要
目的:探讨两种护理延伸服务在血友病患者自我管理中的应用效果。方法:在本院选取88例血友病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用电话随访的方式,观察组患者采用微信平台的方式,比较两组患者的自我护理能力、护理满意度及生活质量情况。结果:观察组患者的自我护理能力、护理满意度以及生活质量得分均高于对照组患者,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用微信平台进行延伸护理,可以提高血友病患者的自我护理能力,对护理满意度及生活质量的提升有促进作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of two kinds of extended nursing services on self-management of hemophilia patients. Methods: 88 patients with hemophilia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The patients in control group were followed up by telephone. The patients in experimental group were treated by micro-communication platform. The self-care ability,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of self-care ability,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Extended nursing by using Weixin platform can improve the self-care ability of hemophilia patients,promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
