摘要
针对橡胶隔震支座安装过程中下支墩钢筋密集、隔震支座定位应在容许偏差范围内、混凝土浇筑可能使预埋件偏位的施工难点,提出了橡胶隔震支座安装关键技术:下支墩进行设计变更或优化施工方案;通过定位临时模板对预埋件进行定位,或者通过下支墩侧模对预埋件进行定位,同时在混凝土浇筑前后及隔震支座安装前后校核预埋件定位;混凝土浇筑过程中控制混凝土下落速度,施工作业中避免触碰下支墩钢筋、模板及预埋件,混凝土浇筑前临时封闭螺栓孔。
The construction difficulties in the installation process of rubber isolators include that reinforcing bars are closely spaced in columns supporting rubber isolators,the location of rubber isolators should be controlled in the range according to codes,and the pouring of concrete may cause deviation of the embedded part.In order to solve the above mentioned problems,the key techniques in installing rubber isolators are proposed.The design of columns supporting rubber isolators can be optimized through design changes,or the construction scheme can be optimized.The embedded part can be located by positioning temporary forms or side forms,and the position of embedded part should be checked before and after the pouring of concrete and the installation of rubber isolators.Concrete should be poured at a slow speed,and the reinforcing bars,construction forms,and the embedded should be protected in construction operations.In addition,the bolt holes should be blocked before concrete pouring.
