摘要
目的:研究生物反馈(BF)联合电刺激(ES)治疗排便障碍型便秘(DDC)的治疗效果。方法:60名DDC患者随机分入两组。最终46例完成研究,BF组21例,联合治疗组25例。统计两组治疗前、治疗结束时和治疗结束后3月的肛门直肠压力感觉指标、便秘症状评分及生活质量评分(PAC-QOL)的变化。结果:两组患者在便秘症状评分、PAC-QOL、肛管静息压、直肠静息压及直肠初始感觉的改变差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),所有研究指标的时间点间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明两组病人各指标均有所改善,联合治疗组优于BF组。结论:联合疗法对于DDC患者的疗效优于单纯BF治疗,能有效改善症状,可作为一种治疗方案应用于临床。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of constipation associated with disorder of defectory function. Methods: Sixty patients with defecation disorders were randomly divided into two simple biofeedback group and biofeedback plus electrical stimulation group.The two groups were measured on the changes of anorectal pressure and sensation,and constipation symptom and quality of life scores using Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life (PAC-QOL)before and after treatment as well as 3 month after intervention. Results: Finally,46 patients completed the treatment( n= 21 in biofeedback group,and n= 25 in the combined treatment group).The difference was significant for the two groups concerning constipation symptom scoring,scored on PAC-QOL,resting anal and rectal pressure and rectal sensation threshold( P< 0.05).The indicators observed in all patients were different in individual time points ( P< 0.05),which indicated symptom improvement,and the improvement was better in simple biofeedback group. Conclusion: Combined biofeedback with electrical stimulation is superior to simple biofeedback in alleviating constipation associated with disorder of defectory function.
