摘要
针对某车型座椅在C-NCAP-2018版中首轮鞭打试验得分低于FEA的情况,通过对FEA曲线和实际鞭打曲线分析,查找影响鞭打试验性能的原因,对面套钢丝、防异响无纺布、靠背骨架弹簧等进行调整,改善靠背人体倾入量,降低胸部加速度。基于改进方案对座椅进行了第二轮实际鞭打试验,得出鞭打试验得分优于该座椅FEA结果。
To improve seat whipping performance in the C-NCAP-2018 test,the reasons affecting the performance of whipping test were found through the FEA curve and the actual whipping curve.The steel wire of seat cover,non-woven fabric,backrest frame spring were optimizated to improve the leaning amount of backrest and reduce the acceleration of chest.Based on the improved seat,the second-round whipping test was carried out,and the whipping test score was better than the FEA result.
