摘要
目的运用党建引领在医院精细化管理中的指导作用。方法通过党建、组工和文化等引领,以一个核心、两个目标、三个导向、四个着力点、五维支撑和六大基础工程为抓手。结果药占比下降、服务能力提升、手术等级提升、患者医疗安全提升、服务流程优化。结论新时期精细化管理直接影响医院的生存与发展,为患者安全提供了有效保障。
Objective To use Party construction as the guidance for fine management of hospitals.Methods The"one core,two objectives,three orientations,four focal points,five-dimensional support and six major basic projects"theory is fundamental in hospital management which is guided by Party construction,organization work and culture.Results Decreased drug proportion,improved service ability,operational skills and medical safety and optimized service process were achieved.Conclusion Fine hospital management in the new era directly affects the survival and development of hospitals and provides an effective guarantee for patient safety.
