摘要 基于裂纹扩展机理的裂纹损伤强度评价系统,未详细设置建筑幕墙裂纹评价标准,导致幕墙裂纹损伤强度评价结果存在偏差,可信度较低,为此,设计基于BIM终端处理器以及BIM数据存储模块为系统的主要结构,采用裂纹检测模块、BIM数据存储模块识别裂纹、存储建筑幕墙裂纹损伤数据;软件部分,结合系统智能评价建筑幕墙裂纹损伤强度流程与评价标准,智能评价不同形状裂纹损伤强度。实验结果表明,所设计系统平均可识别裂纹最小宽度为0.08 mm,智能评价裂纹损伤强度的准确度均值高达99.1%,是一种高性能的建筑幕墙裂纹损伤强度智能评价系统。 The crack evaluation criteria of the architectural curtain wall is not detailedly set in the crack damage intensity evaluation system based on the crack extension mechanism,which leads to the deviation and low reliability of crack damage intensity evaluation results of curtain walls. Therefore,an intelligent crack damage intensity evaluation system based on the BIM technology is designed for architectural curtain walls. The main structure of the system is composed of the sensing unit,intermediate processing module,terminal processor and BIM data storage module. The crack detection module and BIM data storage module are used to identify cracks and store the crack damage data of architectural curtain walls. In the software part,intelligent damage intensity evaluation of cracks in different shapes are performed by combining with the intelligent crack damage intensity evaluation process of architectural curtain walls and evaluation criterion of the system. The experimental results show that the designed system has an average recognizable minimum crack width of 0.08 mm,and an average intelligent crack damage intensity evaluation accuracy of as high as 99.1%,which is a high-performance intelligent crack damage intensity evaluation system for architectural curtain walls.
