摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜息肉对不孕症患者妊娠情况的影响。方法选取2016年7月~2018年7月石家庄市第一医院接诊的340例不孕症患者,其中140例助孕失败患者(A组)及200例未助孕患者(B组),对其相关资料进行分析。A组中子宫内膜息肉69例,无子宫内膜息肉71例;B组中子宫内膜息肉98例,无子宫内膜息肉102例。观察不同年龄段、不同孕产史、不孕时间患者子宫内膜息肉的发生状况,并进一步分析两组患者的临床妊娠发生率。结果不同年龄段、不同孕产史、不孕时间患者的子宫内膜息肉发生率差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);A组中,子宫内膜息肉摘除者的妊娠成功率明显高于无子宫内膜息肉者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);B组中,子宫内膜息肉摘除者的妊娠成功率稍高于无子宫内膜息肉者,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉是导致患者不孕的重要因素,会对助孕产生影响,降低妊娠率,因此,对于不孕症患者,应该在早期及时予以宫腔镜检查,一旦发现子宫内膜息肉,应及时摘除从而提高患者的临床妊娠成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of endometrial polyp on the pregnancy status of infertility patients.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,in Shijiazhuang First Hospital,340 infertility patients were selected,among them 140 failed to assist in pregnancy(group A)and 200 without assist pregnancy(group B).In group A,there were 69 cases with endometrial polyp,71 cases without endometrial polyp;in group B,there were 98 cases with endometrial polyp,102 cases without endometrial polyp.The incidence of endometrial polyp in different ages,different maternal history,and infertility years were observed,the clinical pregnancy rate of patients in two groups were further analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the incidence of endometrial polyp of patients in different ages,different maternal history and infertility(P<0.05);in group A,the pregnancy success rate of endometrial polyp excision was significantly higher than that without endometrial polyp,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in group B,the pregnancy success rate of endometrial polypectomy was slightly higher than without endometrial polyp,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Endometrial polyp is important factor leading to infertility in patients,it may affect the pregnancy and reduce the pregnancy rate.therefore,for patients with infertility,hysteroscopy should be performed in the early stage,once endometrial polyp is found,they should be timely removal to improve the patients′clinical pregnancy success rate.
