摘要 慢性心功能不全也称充血性心力衰竭(心衰)(congestive heart failure, CHF),在 CHF 患者中,中枢型睡眠呼吸暂停(central sleep apnea, CSA)常常以一种周期性呼吸模式出现。这种周期性呼吸模式表现在系列呼吸过程中呼吸幅度逐渐、缓慢地由弱到强,然后又由强到弱,再呼吸暂停一段时间,如此反复循环。通常情况下一个这种呼吸变化循环周期持续约 45 s到 3min。
