摘要
介绍了低氮氧化合物的生成机理,提出了降低聚酯热媒炉低氮氧化合物排放的燃烧器2个改造方案。从燃料气分级、烟气内回流、安装截止阀等方面介绍了新燃烧器基本结构和特点。通过施工和调试进一步对洛阳石化聚酯装置3台热媒炉低氮氧燃烧器的成功改造进行详细说明。
The formation mechanism of low nitrogen oxides is introduced, and two transformation schemes for reducing the emission of low nitrogen oxides in polyester heat medium furnace are proposed.The basic structure and characteristics of the new burner are introduced from the aspects of fuel gas classification,internal reflux of the flue gas,and installation of shut-off valves.Through the construction and commissioning,the successful transformation of three low-nitrogen oxygen burners of the heat medium furnace in Luoyang Petrochemical polyester plant is described in detail.
