工艺参数对低功率等离子喷涂10%Cu-WC-12Co涂层性能的影响研究

摘要 以WC-12Co和Cu180粉末为热喷涂材料,采用低功率等离子喷涂系统制备涂层,用OLYMPUS GX51型金相显微镜观察涂层剖面的显微组织形貌,用OLYCIA专业金相分析系统结合栅格法计算出该断面不同部位的孔隙率,用MH-6维氏硬度仪测量涂层截面的显微硬度,研究工艺参数对10%Cu-WC-12Co涂层气孔率和显微硬度的影响规律,确定最佳工艺参数。
