摘要
以上海S26高速公路主线高架桥盖梁施工为背景,遵照降低劳动强度、提高机械化、增加预拼装、提升工装效率的原则,阐述了盖梁支撑体系方案的比选情况与应用,其中重点介绍了采用钢管桁架法施工的盖梁支架设计、支架安拆过程及盖梁钢筋绑扎等关键技术,为今后类似工程的施工提供了经验。
Based on the construction of the bent cap of the main line viaduct of Shanghai S26 expressway, and in line with the principles of reducing labor intensity, improving mechanization, increasing pre-assembly and improving tooling efficiency, the comparison, selection and application of the schemes of the bent cap support system is expounded with emphasis on the key technologies such as the bent cap support desig n for steel pipe truss con struction, the support installation and demolition process and the steel bar binding of bent cap, and so on, which can provide experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.
