摘要
目的研究微小小单胞菌在慢性根尖周炎患者感染根管中的定植情况。方法选取医院自2015年6月-2017年5月收治的160例慢性根尖周炎患者,根据是否首次感染分为首次感染组与再次感染组,采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)进行微小小单胞菌细菌鉴定,对比两组微小小单胞菌在感染根管中的定植情况,并对比两组微小小单胞菌DNA表达量。结果 200颗患牙中共检出微小小单胞菌阳性57颗,检出率为28.5%,其中首次感染组检出率为46.0%,高于再次感染组的11.0%(P<0.001);首次感染组微小小单胞菌DNA表达量为(0.033±0.021),高于再次感染组DNA表达量(0.021±0.019)(P<0.001)。结论微小小单胞菌在慢性根尖周炎患者感染根管中的定植情况较为普遍,且在首次感染患者中的定植率及DNA表达量均明显高于再次感染患者。
OBJECTIVE To study the colonization of P. micra in infected root canals in patients with chronic apical periodontitis. METHODS A total of 160 patients with chronic apical periodontitis admitted to the hospital from Jun. 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into the primary infection group and the re-infection group according to whether they were infected for the first time. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used for identification of P. micra. The colonization of P. micra in the infected root canal was compared between the two groups, and the DNA expression levels of P. micra in the two groups was also compared. RESULTS A total of 57 teeth were P. micra positive among the 200 infected teeth, and the detection rate was 28.5%. The detection rate of the primary infection group was 46.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the re-infection group (11.0%, P <0.001). The DNA expression level of P. micra in the primary infection group was (0.033±0.021), which was significantly higher than that in the re-infection group (0.021 ±0.019)(P<0.001). CONCLUSION The colonization of P. micra in infected root canals is common in patients with chronic apical periodontitis, and the colonization rate and DNA expression level in patients with primary infection are significantly higher than those in re-infected patients.
