摘要
运用文献综述法,对髌股关节软骨损伤、半月板损伤、滑膜皱襞综合征、髌股关节炎等9种造成膝前痛的膝关节损伤的不同发病机制和目前流行的保守以及非保守治疗方案进行了归纳、总结。结论:这些病症的共同表现为膝关节前部(髌骨周围)疼痛,由于不同病症的发病机制存在很大的差异,因而治疗解决方案也有所不同;只有明确了不同病症表现和发生机制,才有助于我们尽可能地避免损伤,寻求缓解症状甚至治愈损伤的最佳途径。
By using the method of literature review, this paper summarizes the pathogenesis, current popular conservative and non - conservative treatment schemes of nine different knee joint injuries that cause anterior knee pain, such as patellofemoral cartilage injury, meniscus injury, synovial plica syndrome and patellofemoral arthritis. It is concluded that the common manifestation of these diseases is pain in the anterior part of the knee joint ( around the patella). There are great differences in the pathogenesis of different diseases and different treatment solutions. Only by defining the manifestations and pathogenesis of different diseases we can avoid injury as much as possible and seek the best relief of symptoms ,even the way to cure the injury.
