摘要
针对等离子体高频高压交流电源在废气废水处理中的广泛应用,现设计一种新颖的基于单变压器多电平输出的高频高压交流DBD电源,将多电平技术应用于高频高压场合,降低了输出谐波含量,有利于减小输出滤波器的大小体积,利用变压器漏感及反应器做负载呈容性进行滤波得到正弦波输出。本拓扑变压器副边无需开关管二极管而实现高压输出,也避免了传统多电平电源器件受限于耐压等级而难以实现高压输出这一缺点。对五电平情形进行了仿真与实验验证。
For the plasma high-frequency high-voltage AC power system has been widely employed in waste gas and water treatment,a novel multi-level high-frequency high-voltage AC DBD power supply based on single-transformer structure is proposed.In the proposed topology,the multi-level technology is applied to high-frequency and high-voltage applications,which can reduce the harmonic contents occurs in output and further downsizes the volume of output filter.In addition,the sinusoidal wave output is obtained through the filter composed by the leakage inductance of transformer and capacitive reactor.Since the high-voltage multilevel outputs can be achieved with no power switch in the secondary side of transformer,the disadvantage of traditional multilevel devices caused by withstand voltage level is solved.The simulation and experimental verification of five-level outputs are also provided.
